To build this clinical value in the short and long term, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team.
Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Application Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our customers, as well as our sales and marketing team, by providing expert clinical knowledge. The Application Specialist will focus on demonstrating and detailing how our ProbeFix Dynamic can enhance clinical practices in settings such as physiotherapy and sports medicine.
Main activities:
- Provide expert clinical support to healthcare professionals, helping them understand and overcome their challenges positioning Usono’s ultrasound solutions to improve patient outcomes.
- Act as a clinical knowledge base for our customers, sales, and marketing team, supporting the creation of effective marketing materials such as use cases, protocols, webinars, and workshops.
- Collaborate on marketing materials (use cases, protocols, webinars, workshops), ensuring they resonate with healthcare professionals and underscore the clinical advantages of our solutions.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare institutions, distributors, and industry partners.
Goal:
The goal of this role is to expand Usono’s clinical knowledge, market presence by leveraging a combination of clinical insights. Clinical knowledge shall be the input for international marketing and sales successes. You will contribute to the growth of our organization and play a key role in shaping the future of dynamic musculoskeletal evaluation using ultrasound.
Who Are You?
You like to challenge the status quo. As an ideal candidate, you bring a proven experience in clinical setting to the table. Any affinity with or experience in a commercial role is a plus. You are based in The Benelux and keen to travel locally as well as internationally to customers, other stakeholders, and conferences. Your background positions you as an expert in the field, and your proven track record shows your ability to approach complex clinical situations from an innovative point of view make you an asset in advancing Usono’s mission.
Skills:
- Proven experience in clinical settings, ideally with a background in physiotherapy or sports medicine.
- Strong understanding of physiotherapy and musculoskeletal ultrasound.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Affinity with biomechanics science/research.
- Affinity with business development.
- Clinical thinker with an innovative and open-minded.

- Dutch and English speaking.
