Meet our Usono Team Members: Laura Masetti

We are happy to introduce Laura, the latest addition to the Usono team. Recently relocated from Italy to Eindhoven, Laura joins us as a Project Manager, bringing international experience, strong organizational skills, and a genuine passion for collaboration.

From Monza to Eindhoven
Laura is 27 years old and originally from Monza, Italy. She recently moved to Eindhoven to begin a new chapter, both personally and professionally.

“I’m excited to start this journey in such an international and innovative environment.”She holds a Master’s Degree in Management Engineering and has gained international experience in sustainability, strategic management and tech innovation. A background that fits perfectly with Usono’s forward‑looking approach.

Experience at PwC and Amazon
Before joining Usono, Laura worked at PwC and Amazon, where she gained experience in project management, data analysis, and governance roles.
Her work involved supporting cross‑country projects, developing reporting dashboards, and contributing to budgeting, performance monitoring, and data quality activities.
These experiences have given her a solid foundation in managing complex projects and working across diverse teams.

Laura’s Role at Usono
As a Project Manager, Laura focuses on coordinating meetings, scheduling activities, and supporting the organization of ongoing projects. She monitors the progress of different workstreams, prepares reporting updates, and helps ensure that tasks move forward according to plan.
“My role is about creating clarity and structure, while making sure everyone stays aligned and connected.”
She also plays a key role in facilitating collaboration across teams and maintaining momentum within projects.
