From Export Manager to Usono’s Italian Sales Representative
At Usono, we’re proud to have a diverse and passionate team driving innovation in sports recovery and ultrasound technology. One of our newest team members is Vito Reale, originally from Italy and now based in Maastricht, where he’s studying International Business.

A Strong Foundation in International Sales
Before joining Usono, Vito spent six years working as an Export Manager for a furniture company in Italy. His entrepreneurial spirit also led him to explore his own startup ventures, giving him a broad perspective on business development and international markets.

From Intern to Sales Representative
Vito joined Usono as a Business Development Intern, but starting on the 1ste of October, he’s stepping into a new role as our Italian Sales Representative. This transition reflects both his dedication and the value he brings to our team.

Why Usono?
“I really like what Usono brings to the sports world, it’s truly innovative,” Vito shares. His passion for football aligns perfectly with Usono’s mission, and the role allows him to combine his love for sales with his favorite sport. He also appreciates the company culture: “Victor Donker and Paul Venema give me a lot of space and trust, which is very important to me.”

Favorite Moments
For Vito, the highlight of each month is the first Friday meeting, when the whole team gathers in the office to reflect on achievements, share ideas, and enjoy lunch together. “It’s a great moment of connection and collaboration,” he says.
